I want to thank everyone at Gover HD for helping me with my first HD. I have been searching for what seems like forever and finally decided to just go for the bike I want. The sales staff was attentive and knowledgeable and even showed me a few other options before I decided to go with a new bike. The finance group was very helpful and got me what I needed to seal the deal. When it came time to put a few personal touches on the bike the parts and accessories crew were right there to make sure what I wanted was available and explained what would work as well as what wouldn't. The selection of ladies apparel was great and I found the perfect riding jacket in my size. Everyone in the building was very friendly and welcomed me into the "Family". Thank you to everyone involved with my experience. When it comes time to trade up I know where I will go, Gover!

Was at your place back in January along with a friend to look at a bike he was considering. Sitting right beside his was this beautiful DYNA that I just fell in love with. I have several motorcycles and this purchase was the smoothest, most professional by far. You run a "happy store." I know where I'll be buying my next bike when that time comes!

Purchased 2008 Ultra Classic from you folks in Aug.2014 I had been to several dealers in the area looking for just the right bike, found it at Govers. I enjoyed being able to look around at all the bikes without any pressure from any sales people, and when I was ready to talk business my salesman Chris, was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy, explained everything, took me all around the dealership and made introductions to all the staff I may need to deal with in the future. Overall just a great experience and no pressure, and in my book that's what took my Business, Thanks and my next bike will be purchased right here.

Over the past couple of years I have looked at several motorcycles at your dealership and many others. I was never labeled a looker or ignored at yours. This past September a couple friends and me rode from Springboro, Ohio to Gover for a benefit they were having for a local National Guard Unit. The wife and I rode up on our 2006 Sporty and jokingly I told one of the guys on the way up I was done with the Sporty. (Getting older and long rides are not a good combo on a Sporty) I saw the Fatboy Lo I had been wanting for years sitting right by the front door. To top it off it was Candy Orange, other than black the only other color I care for. I began talking with who I thought was a salesman...turned out to be the owner of the dealership. He gave me a great price on the bike with no games and a fair price on the Sporty. This was my first HD purchased new, so I wanted to get everything at one time. The parts guys were extremely helpful in getting ordered everything I needed and wanted. Met with the finance guy and again top notch service and no pressure on anything. I have been to several HD dealerships and Gover is by far the best. Top notch people and you leave with a feeling of being part of a family. I only wish we lived closer, although that might get a little expensive...lolSo if you are looking at buying a new bike or any accessories, do yourself a favor and go talk to the folks at Gover HD!

This weekend I picked up a roofing nail in my back tire and had to have the bike towed to another dealership. After waiting for the bike to be finished all I ended up paying was $5 for the shop supplies. No Towing bill, No Tire charge, No labor!!!!
